**In adult classes:**

– Every 3–4 weeks, a new dance is introduced and walked through together.
– The tutor dances with the class, helping you enjoy “the craic” (Irish for fun!).

**In workshops:**
– We teach basic Céilí steps and movements.

– Everyone gets dancing to timed traditional Irish music in a relaxed, authentic cultural experience.

Fionán Cogan, from Carrigaline, Co. Cork, has danced since age 5 and taught since 1994. He’s a qualified Céilí dance teacher (T.M.R.C.) and has performed around the world, sharing stages with legends like Michael Flatley, Frances Black, and the late Dr Mícheál Ó Súilleabháin.

He teaches in English, Irish, or French, and welcomes everyone—from total beginners to advanced performers.
